About Us

U&OB Notary Services was established in 2005 by the owner Quintrail Lambert.  He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and served overseas in Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom.  After receiving an Honorable Discharge from the Marine Corps, he soon decided to start a business he felt would allow him more flexibility.

U&OB Notary Services employs 5 certified signing agents.  All signing agents are E&O insured and undergo continuous, rigorous training as well as refresher courses on new rules and regulations. 

We are available for mortgage signings, deed deliveries, document witnessing, modifications and debt consolidations 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
